Cyclists arrive safely at Great Horwood

James Maddock and Roger Churchill headed a team of some 20 locals in a cycle ride from Lands End to Great Horwood.  The 350 mile cycle started on Thursday 26th May from Lands End and the team cycled their way back to Great Horwood on the afternoon of Sunday 29th May,  greeted by their families and a party at James' home.

Sponsorship is expected to reach £10,000 and will all be donated to CHAT.

Fun and Frolics at The Betsey Wynne

Thanks to the initiative of Challenge Four, set up by Miles Walbank, the owners of the Betsey Wynne in Swanbourne, Kevin and Jan Close, hosted a dinner and auction in aid of CHAT on Friday 27th May.

One hundred guests attended in evening dress and enjoyed an excellent three course meal and then bid for some amazing auction prizes aided by auctioneer Adrian Hoy.  The evening rounded up with dancing to the Rondeau Band.
