
CHAT Quiz
Night a Great Success
CHAT
held their inaugural Quiz Night at Rivet's Sports and Social
Club, Aylesbury, on Friday 28th March 2008.
Over 80
people enjoyed a fantastic evening with some teasing questions,
great company and excellent food.
The eventual
Quiz Champions were
a team called 'Saga Louts' who amassed an impressive 94 points
out of 110, 2nd prize went to the 'Universally Challenged' team
and
'The Desperate Foursome' proudly took home the booby prize.

The event
commenced soon after 8pm
allowing four quiz rounds to be completed, including General Knowledge
and Film Trivia
plus a picture round, before food was delivered promptly at 9pm
by Hi-Tide of Stoke Mandeville. The remaining six rounds, including
History, Science Fiction and Pop Music Trivia were
played out after the supper.

Two of the quiz team 'The Desperate Foursome' who took delight
in winning the booby prize.
There was
an excellent raffle at the end of the quiz and altogether £538
was raised on the evening which will be used to help provide
extra equipment, books and assessment tools for the benefit
of children in the Vale of Aylesbury.
CHAT would like to thank Mark Willis for being the Quizmaster
for the evening, and to Rivets Sports & Social Club for
the use of their premises, also thanks go to Parrott & Coales
LLP for kindly donating a Hot Air Balloon Flight for the raffle.
